From our Homepage, select the items you are interested in. Select color or size if applicable, and click ADD TO CART. When you are finished shopping, select CHECKOUT. Once your order is complete and your payment information is received, your selections will be shipped  from processing to delivery is from 6 to 11 business days ( 1-3 days  handling) and (5 - 8 for transit). You will be notified as to the expected shipping date and tracking number information.

2/ What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with an approximate shipping date.

We ship for free in the United States. And wo don't ship elsewhere for the time being

4/ Do you ship Overseas ?

Kidy Mommy Store ships to the US for the moment, if it happens that we get customers from other countries the delivery time may be longer.

You can check on your order status simply by sending an inquiry to support@kidymommy.com. We will respond promptly with complete information on the status of your shipment. Additionally, you can go to the tracking page and find tracking information for your order. .

Orders for items that have not shipped can be cancelled by sending a notice to support@kidymommy.com. If the item is already in the mail, you will need to follow our return policy.
