I recently order 3 different models of these anti-choking devices to try out and this one won the competition! The top of it's air chamber is wider which makes it have a stronger suction and it was the easiest to use/easiest to get suction with. It comes with 3 masks, 1 child and 2 adult. I tried the adult on myself and fit great and made a hefty suction on my first attempt without hurting my sensitive post surgery nose. Obviously I didn't have an obstruction in my throat and it's hard to test with my mouth open, but I can say that with my mouth closed it makes a loud noise pulling air through my sinuses. This might even work well to suction out snot when sick? Overall this one is my top choice and I'm happy to have it on hand should an emergency ever arise.
